Default slamming in the process. PLEASE help.

New to this game.

Need some help.

I want to keep it simple.

VOSSEN 083
20x9 front/ running 245/30/20... I believe OFFSET is +40.
20x10.5 rear/running 275/30/20 I believe OFFSET is also +40.

I think I will be ok in the rear once I drop, or will I have problems? please let me know

right NOW my front rims have 245/30/20.. as you would guess... I RUB.
Which isnt exactly a problem since I plan to slam but I am on STOCK suspension right now so slamming isnt an option.

I am selling the two front tires. 245/30/20 Falken 452's

My question... What tire should I replace with to slam
If I want to drop with coils and have 0 fender gap Do I run 225/35/20 or 235/30/20 ?

Thanks guys.

Your gonna want to run 265 in back and 225 up front and your going to have to roll and possibly shave the rear fender.

I was thinking maybe I can keep the 275 since its flush right now, for sure Ill have to shave and roll the fenders though.

DO you think 225/35 or 225/30 up front ?

Definitely 30 series for minimal rub when slammed.

ok so 225/30/20.. what tires would you recommend, I am running falken 452's up front which BTW I am selling tonight for $200. riding on stock front rights now. I hear it good to have all four matching tires but also hear its ok as long as the axle has the same tires on both sides,

Recommend me some 225/30/20 tires please

Those are the right front sizes 225/30/20 and I would stay with the same brand or Hankook Ventus has great reviews from our vendor Tire Rack.

BC Coils are the best bang for your buck! Everyone runs them and the ride quality is better than stock. Talk to Tristan at CircuitMS.....hes a vendor on here. He will take care of you and answer any questions you might have. I was running 225 on my setup and I switched to 235, depending on where you live and how good your roads are I would go 225 or 235. Both are good choices.

Thanks mcdonald, I live in miami potholes arent that bad, but I think I would rub 235/30 when I am slammed.

Are you riding 20's?

I am running 20x9 +38 235/30/20 and 20x10.5 +42 275/30/20 and I was rubbing a tiny bit up front on fender liner but I took a heat gun to it and I am SLAMMED and dont rub at all.

I have Megan LP coils, but the new Megan EZ coils are just as nice with a bit less dampening ability. Look in the classifieds as well.

Yes I am running Vossens CV1. I have no fender gaps..Im pretty much tucked all around. I had to roll the rears though to tuck. You can go 1/2 a finger in the back with no roll and 275/30. I was rubbing at first up front and I took a heat gun to the liner and just worked it up about an inch and its great. No rub what so ever and I have no negative camber.

damn sounds like I will end up following your foot steps if you dont mind friend.

That makes me happy as I dont have to sell the 275 rears just a small rolling of the fender if I want to tuck.

Maybe running 225/30 I wont have to mess with the liner up front, what suspension are you on?

I'm lowered on BCR Coils....the only reason I went to a 235 was because my fiance drives it sometimes and didn't want her to jack up the wheels...so the 235 gave me a little more tire to work with.
