was bored on the weekend so i decided to get curious and get rid of the ugly green.. then went overboard a bit.. but yea. check it out =]

Wowo great job. I dont know if I have the ability to sit there with a solder gun like that.

looks very nice, especially the blue rings around the volume and tune *****. and i'm really liking the additional light for the door handle.

took me about 4 hours.. if u can do it urself its really not worth what ppl charge u.. if u have any questions about anything to do this mod feel free to ask.. i tried to ask some of the other members on here who offered "help" and they were total dicks.. telling me they cant disclose any of their ****ty secret info so i found out myself and im willing to help anyone who really wants to undertake this themselves

Props to you for undertaking this project and successfully completing it. Sometimes, I just wonder why some CL members don't lend a helping hand.

If you could explain a short version of how you did it, what to watch out for and maybe give some tips that'd be awesome.

I don't like the green and want to replace mine, I'm also good with a soldering gun. The part that scares me is getting all the parts in and out without breaking them..

I'd love to try this!

and to anyone wanting to try this, its not as hard as it seems.. coming from a guy whos never soldered b4..
