I just purchased a 2011 IS 350 C and would like to swap the grill for the F-Sport grill. The links in this thread all seem to be broken so not sure we're the grill can be purchased?
Hey guys I know I'm a Lil late on this thread But it's the only one I've found so far on the f sport mesh grill. I have a 2012 is250 awd and would like to upgrade my grill. Has anyone done it and does it fit right? Any Info on this please I'm in NYC and would like to get it done before spring. Thanks.

I just upgraded to the f sport grille on my 2011 IS250 this week. Most of the older threads with instructions weren't applicable to the newer IS models. I got both the lower and upper grille so I had to remove the bumper. It does fit right if you get the one for our year model. I ordered the OEM one from sewell but now that their online parts dept is closed you can get it from mylparts.com

I'm looking at doing this upgrade on my 2011 IS350. Did you purchase part number 5311253160 or 5311253220? on mylparts it lists 5311253220 with the sport package but I also returns 5311253160.
the grille looks great! very clean indeed. i am wanting to do this upgrade for my grille as well.

thanks for posting a pic of the grille on the 2011 is250. i have a 2011 as well and i did research on this topic awhile back but wasn't absolutely sure if it would fit. will be looking into this again now. thanks!
The system has a sensor that detects how far you are from an object in front of you. It uses this to determine an impending impact and prepares the car before the collision occurs (tightens seatbelts, etc.). It is also used as the sensor for the adaptive cruise control that keeps the distance between you and the car in front of you. The sensor is mounted in the emblem on the grille.
You would probably know if you had it, most ISx50's don't. (Additionally, no 2011+ sedans had it in the US or Canada, only IS C and IS F models). That said, you can take a look at the emblem on your car, if it is smooth and glossy, it has PCS. If it isn't, no PCS.
