MashinA....it's really the body area below the side of the tail light. It was raised with fiberglass to be flush where the spoiler meets the body. Imagine putting a spoiler down in the trunk. There would be a drop. Now it's flush with the raised Wald. I'll look for a pic.

Wald trunk only looks good molded.

Otherwise, oem spoiler over wald unmolded.

I'm gonna vote for BCR coilovers first then the Wald trunk spoiler.
It's a toss up I guess, but the coilovers will give you more day-to-day driver feedback and handling improvement. You will enjoy the drivability of your car more. The Wald spoiler is merely an aesthetic upgrade, but I guess you will enjoy your car more by looking at it everytime you leave and approach your car. LOL =)
