Default Need Help!! Wheel Fitment Question

Hi guys, I'm a newbie to the Lexus scene and I had a question about wheel fitment. I recently purchased a 2006 IS350 and im planning on getting some rims after Christmas. I was planning on getting the Varrstoen CE28 replicas. The specs are 19x9.5 +22 and 19x10.5 +22. Im currently lowered on Megan Coilovers. To make these rims fit, can I just pull and roll my fenders without stretching the tires?

refer to this thread

but to further answer ur question, it depends what tires you're gonna run, how low you want to go etc...with this size i would recommend 225/35f and 245/35r
if you want to push it you can also go 215/35 and 235/35
and ofcourse pull and roll.
