as it appeared in the "Ampersand" section in road and track, i wouldn't put too much faith into any rumored reports until pre-production.
even then, considering lexus' reputation to play their cards close to their chests, i'd even wait until an official press release to confirm anything.

This article was passed around a little while ago.
I still stand by the fact R&T does very radical designs for future car models, and seldom look like the actual cars. So although that "concept" picture is hideous, I'm still betting Lexus wont disappoint. And yes, lexus is toyota, but that concept pic for the "next IS" still has Toyota badging... just saying, the photoshoppers could have accompanied the article with at least a Lexus branded "concept" car.
