Talking LED headlights strips..

Hey guys the '11 headlights are growing on me but refuse to pay 2K+ for them haha... I was lurking through some of the postings and notice some members did an aftermarket similar version? I was wondering if you guys could share some info and perhaps point me towards where I can get them done, like a shop?

here is a pic, thnx

I'm sorry, but I really wish Lexus hadn't jumped onto the bandwagon of LED strips in their headlights. Everyone that did it after Audi and Mercedes is just copying a trend.

and land rover, and ferrari, and bmw (led angle eyes). I guess the ferrari 458 italia jumped on the bandwagon too?

What about rear cameras? and AC/ventilated seats? Is everyone just copying a trend?

As I said, it's not copying Audi, it's the future of cars.

And I'm not referring to those strips.

I agree the pic from OP looks cheap - Ever since BMW made a statement with their headlight rings, every other manufacturer is hurrying to do something similar..I.E. AUDI, Mercedes, Land Rover, Porsche, now Lexus - even Bugatti's latest Veyron is wearing something similar.

I do like how BMW is using CELIS Technology in most models now, which other manufacturers are starting to copy now! Scope out most of the new tail lights from BMW, but they started this back in '03 with the 5 series.

Very mixed feelings- If I want my car to look like and Audi. I think I'd buy an Audi.

The problem is they don't look good during the day. If I only drove my car around at night... lol I wish the 2011 headlights weren't crazy expensive oh well

If you must have these lights but don't want to pay for OEM, do it right and put the strip *inside* your headlight housing. Looks tacky otherwise.
