What to do first?
If I were you I would umm get a 350 especially comming from a G... if you haven't taken possesion yet you still have time to change ur mind... well atleast that is what I heard from someone in finance that could be incorrect. If I were to get a used car I would
I realize the better choice would be the IS350 but based upon the circumstances, this is the way I'll be going. So now that we know upgrading to the 350 is not an option, let's focus on making the 250 a fun vehicle to drive/look at/enjoy!
I saw someone mentioned changing out the lights, I've done that in my Infiniti's as well. I saw a kit for around $100 on one of the Lexus sites but that seemed a little steep for 6 lights. I'll read around but I definitely agree that changing out to LEDs makes a difference in internal and external appearance.
Definitely sounds like sway bars are now leading the pack for first mods. No one has said much about the Joe Z intake. Is it worth the money? Are lowering springs worth the money? Any major brands that are recommended? Don't want to be too low though.
One last question: Anyone know where I can get an updated DVD disc for free or cheaper than the $200 Lexus is asking for it? Also, my brother just update his GS300 with a new Nav disc. Will that same disc work for my IS250? Finally, is it taboo to talk about hacking the Navi on this site? I know it is on others and don't want to cause any problems but the fiance and I are often taking 4-5 hour drives and it'd be nice for her to be able to watch a movie while I'm driving. Let me know, thanks!

Also be aware most aftermarket 2IS springs are progressive, which I'm not a big fan of.
A used disc from a gen-5 system will work if you know someone selling theirs and it's newer than yours... so depends what gen nav your brothers car has (the GS300 was sold for a LOT of years/generations)
