Rear Tint with Sunshade?
I'm getting a 2010 IS250 and it has a rear sunshade. I plan on getting tint all around, but want to make sure the sunshade won't interfere. I've read a few things here and on other forums about the sunshades actually touching/scraping the rear windshield and it got me worried.
Anyone have any experience with this??

^^Agreed..I also have the rear sunshade and it doesn't touch the window at all..In the Texas summers, its an awesome combo of dark tint with the rear sunshade..
I also drive with the shade up at all times even at night and doesn't affect my rear view..

Let me explain to you what will happen. Nothing. I have 15% all around, and the rear sunshade has 2 little rubber wheels that move when it contacts the window. 3 yrs and still no scratch or mark on tint. i use the sunshade every day.
Great! Thanks
So now I just have to decide on the %. Anyone with GFM wanna throw up some pix?? I'm thinking 20% because the cops around here have been getting worse lately... but I know 15% would look so good on the glacier frost.

I do have black interior, but my old car did too and 20% still let a lot of light in. Maybe the contrast of 20% on a white car will help... idk i'll prob go with that just so I don't have to worry about cops giving me a hard time.
Not sure what the laws (and enforcement) are like in Maryland, but out here in Cali 35% is generally considered borderline safe. 20% will get you in trouble. 20% does look good though.
