Default Does anyone use Broadway Mirrors?

Yes, I know this might sound "ricer" on a Lexus.. but does anyone use Broadway Mirrors? I am sick of that huge blind spot on the C pillars and it has been bothering me for a few years already. Since I don't even use my compass to begin with I think this might be a good trade off.

Anyone know if they actually fit onto the IS mirrors since it is fat and wider than other cars?

I use it. The only down fall is it kind of hits onto the garage openers so u have to adjust it off of that.

I had one that I used on my previous car which didn't fit on the IS nicely, never tried buying any other sizes.

Not me. I adjust my mirrors so that all 3 mirrors work in unison to give me a complete picture.

I have one on my Integra and I do like the visibility it provides, but I have to say I wouldn't want one in my IS. I don't use the compass, but I DO like that it reduces glare from headlights at night don't want to cover that up.

The OEM glare-reducing rear view mirror is so helpful especially if you're lowered. I don't even care about suvs/trucks shining their bright lights at me anymore.

^Lol seconds before me with the same idea.

mine didnt fit either. It is a 240mm broadway optics mirror with glass made by hoya. It was not cheap. Also, it covers the compass, homelink buttons and auto darkener buttons.

The blue Broadway mirrors actually reduces glare also.

Nope, haven't used one since my Honda days. Haven't got around to find one that fits the OEM IS rear view mirror.

But it also reduce viability during normal daylight and gloomy days.

Plus, we have massive side mirrors already, if you cant adjust them to spot your bind spots then you aint trying hard enough

Hmm... I was about to install one in mine, but it blocks my garage door button. I ended up donating mine to wife's RSX.

If you don't need the garage door buttons, go for it. Also make sure you take a measurement between the visors. You want to fold down the visor without hitting the broadway (wide) mirror.

My previous car:
I got one that was too large... I could't fold my visor all the way down cuz it was blocked. I ended up tossing it becuz I was tired of being blinded by the sun.

My wife has one on her 4Runner, she loves it. When I drive it I notice I have a better view of my son in the back which is nice.
