I picked up a a set of these a couple months ago, I recently got them program with no problems. You will need to buy a TMPS repair kit, because these do not come with the nut that holds it on to the wheel
from the same seller=) they have another seller on ebay. that has the tpms and the repair kit as a package deal. search around ebay.i got mine for $57 shipped of his auction. good lucj tokeris350=)
If you can't find it on that seller's site, I got mine from here (a little more pricey ~$5-7):

You could always ask the a mechanic to do it on the side if you have other service to get done.
My Lexus dealer wanted $250 to program them. So I called my local Goodyear and they said they could do it. They ended up not charging me, but they had quoted me $60, so either way it was much cheaper than Lexus.

I had my second set installed, mounted tires, balanced & programmed by Toyota for $99. I forget what the Lexus dealership wanted but it was much more for the same work.
I recently curbed one of my rims pretty bad, and I have a spare, just looking to see if I can have a tire shop just move the TPMS sensor over from the curbed rim to a new rim without needing a new maintenance/repair kit. I would think that they can reuse the one thats already there right? Can anyone else confirm?

Sorry to hijack OP part 2, but I have a question along the same lines.
I just bought a set of winters that came with TPMS sensors but weren't installed on the tires. I went to the dealership to get them put on installed and programmed, but when they tried to install the sensors, they said the sensors didn't fit onto the rims. Reading above, it sounds like I would just need to get the service kit...but would that likely solve the problem?
Reading around, it seems like theses sensors should work on aftermarket rims (these are 17" BSA Motorsport 5 spoke rims..don't know the model though) I just hope I won't have to see the light and warning message all winter :\
