You should check to see if the spacers are on tightly and evenly. Plus define "shakier", and is the spacer your only mod?

Yes they are hubcentric aren't all ichiba spacers? And mike what other mods are u referring to? I have aftermarket wheels that's about it. by shaky i mean the steeringwheel shakes a bit but only sometimes. and also the whole car at higher speeds as if the rear wheels were out of balance.

I have a set of 20mm Ichiva V2 spacers that were only on my car 1 day that I'm looking to get rid of. PM me if you're interested.

I also run 15mm spacers on my rear wheels and haven't had any problems.

so there are 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm spacers made by Ichiba v2 spacers... some of you go with a certain mm spacer all around with stock rims on a 350 and ive seen some that go 15 front and 20 back on oem rims with the 350... i have yet to see anyone with 25mm spacers on a 350 with oem rims... do they pop out too much with 25mm spacers on oem rims for a 350? im guessin 15mm front and 20mm rear gives the best flush look with oem rims?

sorry to thread jack, but spacers are safe right?

the only thing im worried about if my wheel somehow falls off while going round a corner fast or if i spin the wheels

i just dont trust em, but i love the look of the OEM 18" rims + drop
if i get enough people to convince me spacers are safe, i'll get em!

Anyone know if 15mm front and 20mm rear would also work with stock 17" rims on the is250 / is250awd for the flush effect?

Thanks.

Hmm unless it say so on the box, and that the lips of the hub lines up perfectly with the hub on the spacer, I would not be assuming that they are all hubcentric.

I am asking because my car "shakes" or "vibrates" a bit more than stock after lowering and aftermarket wheels... at first it felt like something might be wrong but was just me over reacting since I had everything balanced and checked out. Plus I drove home one day with snow stuck in the lips of my rim and I really felt like a wheel was going to fall off since it was so out of balance.

I had 25mm spacers in my rear wheel before and drove on them for about another 20k miles and didn't notice anything wrong.

I put on Ichiba V1 10mm/15mm fr/rr on my megan ez coilover with stock 18 wheels IS350. Firstly I went with V1 cause I didn't want the extra unsprung weight of V2 spacers. And Yes changing studs was a bear!

Firstly I don't like the way they look as the spacer diameter is smaller then the wheel mating surface diameter. Looks like ****!

Secondly, I am getting slight vibration cycling noticeable at 80mph and higher. I am currently looking for a better spacer.

Ichiba sucks... called and wrote telling them of my issues only to fall on deaf ears!

Generally spacers are perfectly safe just as long as you have enough thread engagement, I'd go with another manufacturer other then Ichiba!
