how are these "jdm"? do the Japanese 2is come with reflectors that light up from the factory?

I don't think these are JDM. But it's on eBay, they couldn't be falsely advertising their product, could they?
Looks like what Junack sells. It's interesting, but a little over the top IMO. Looks kinda tacky, and doesn't flow with the taillights.

its one thing to do lite mods but this is ricey~ go ahead guys do it to your cars just dont forget the 52" CF wing on the trunk too ok?

too expensive. i think you can make that much cheaper. all the LED's are hidden inside the reflector anyway. So making this would be straight forward
