Thoughts On New Model

the only thing different about the 09-10 and 06-08 is the turning signals on side mirrors and the xtra lip piece of the front bumper, nothing else changed that is really noticeable
09+ FTW!

The 2011 front bumper is UGLY, I wouldn't mind the Audi knockoff LED's except that because of them there is no AFS. I do like the new F sport wheels. Overall I dislike it so much that I am going to try to extend my lease and wait it out for the new model. BTW to all the 09 haters, I love my 09 tails and lobster claw wheels!
Personally, I don't like the changes after 2008 either with the exception of the grill (however to each their own).
Anyone know what they tuned in the 2011 version? Supposedly the suspension was tuned by guys from the LFA project. http://www.youtube.com/user/LexusVeh.../2/CMcWk5w_37w

I never paid attention really to the later ISs after I bought I my '08 IS 350 in Jan '09. But w/ the commercials on tv, the youtube campaign, and even the presence at the verizon center, the '11 IS is really catching my eye. I'm liking the way everything looks- at least on video and the pictures.
I'm curious to know what the differences are between my '08 and what I'm seeing on TV. And changes to looks and performance I can do on my car to bring to the (at least in my eyes) head turning level.
One thing is that I really like the rims (http://www.lexus.com/performance/#/f...IS/highlights/). In Spring, I was thinking about getting nicer looking rims than the stock/oem '08 IS 350 gunmetal ones.
Since I've killed my summer tires now and will be doing my winters soon, my original plan was to find used IS-F rims and getting the 19" tires I would need to put on there. but now I'm interested in seeing about these.
