Default Electrical Noise

Hey guys, I tried looking around but I couldn't find a good thread about this. I picked up a cig lighter to usb power supply to use with a mini usb powered bluetooth device that connects to aux also for a2dp audio from my iPhone. The issue is the power is dirty so I can hear the engine when I rev up (and it might be introducing some distortion to the audio as well). The cleanest (or one of the) power is battery power, so I was wondering if anyone knows of a device that could take usb power in, and spit it back out on the other end. Basically would just be a battery that charges while its being used to clean up the power. I found some stuff already, but nothing that really serves this purpose. Any help would be appreciated!

Oh and the product I'm talking about is: BlackBerry Remote Stereo Bluetooth Gateway. Bought it off amazon and works pretty well! I can give a few review onces I clean up this power to see if it gets rid of the distortion.

EDIT: Running it off my ups sounds awesome, no distortion.

Or you can just get the dealer to fix the aux jack. Free under warranty. There's even a TSIB specifically addressing the issue.

It has to do with a ground loop between the power supply and audio jack. The solution is the introduction of a filter on the audio jack which I believe necessitates the replacement of the audio jack. I would suggest everyone get test their audio jack and get it fixed before their warranty runs out or you will be on the hook to find a solution. I must say I am surprised that Lexus hasn't addressed this issue permanently since it was a problem is the introduction of the generation two IS models.

I had mine done at the dealer. The aux plug's a little larger but other than that works great. No more noise feedback that for me, changed pitch depending on my rpms
