Default Tire time. What do you think

Time for new tires. Down to:

Bridgestone RE960 A/S
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S
Continental DWS

I don't put many miles year on the car (less than 5000 miles per year). The Conti's are like $220 less than the others. I'm leaning toward the DWS but would love to hear opinions from those here.

Thanks

I just got the DSW's 3 weeks ago. Have to say am not all that thrilled with them. Price wise it's great but I do wish I spent a bit more and gotten a quieter tire and one that was not so rough on the road. (Keep in mind I live in NYC so the roads aren't all that great to begin with). Although have to admit that the tire did perform well in the rain yesterday. I think for my next tire I will splurge a bit more in hopes of getting something with a more "luxury" type of ride.

Have you considered the Goodyear Eagle GT? Had them on my GS300 and considered them a very good tire for the price.

I hadn't considered Goodyear. I went in thinking Bridgestone or Michelin and then my tire guy brings up the DWS. He thinks they are great tires and a great price. Maybe it's a great tire because of the price. After tax it's a savings of like $60 per tire.

You should consider the following as well.
Good number of satisfied members with those tires.

Of those choices, I think the Continentals are probably the cheapest. They'll probably last the longest too. I think their treadwear rating is 400-500.

I'm a V12 believer. Grip like hell when you need them to. Comfy when needed, and always very quiet.

Unless I'm mistaken, the Hankook are summer tires. I'm looking for all season tires.

the hankook are all season tires. and i would suggest you to look into them, they are a better deal than all three tires you listed when comparing prices and performance

have gotten awesome mileage out of pilot sports a/s but conti's are hands down favorite because can't beat UTQG of 540 and price comparison with any other tire
