Easier than trying to guess by looks-
Click through the options using the multi-selector and see if there's an option for AFS ON/OFF
if there is you have HIDs, otherwise, not.
The switch is the one lower left of the steering that kinda looks like:

Yes, I do have an option for AFS because the day I picked up the car, I thought to myself wth is AFS, I've got to read up on it lol. Thanks!

You have HIDs then
AFS is the adaptive headlight system that is part of the factory HIDs on all 06-10 2IS models.
Sadly the feature is being removed for 2011 so the AFS check will no longer be the easy way to know if a 2IS has HIDs going forward

Totally forgot about the HKS head gasket. I always wanted one of those supras to drop a 1JZ into.
