Default 09+ IS TSIBs

i am wondering if anyone with 09+ ISs able to get TSB from older years done to their car

i am looking for brake dust, brake squeak and rear view mirror vibration

when i was getting my car serviced i asked for the brake dust tsib but the dealer wouldn't do it because the tsib doesn't extend to the 09+ models...

i find this weird because its the exact problem so how come it doesn't apply ... shouldn't it be fixed from factory since its a problem to the pre 09 models?

cause some of the problems were fixed in production. like the brake pads for some of the 09 were changed to the low dust ones in production.

my car was built in jan of 09 and would also like to know how to get the dealer to install low dust pads. if i'm not mistaken, low dust pads were put on cars that were built from mid '09?

i don't like the attitude at richmond. regency is way better.

when i asked them not to do the brake override and only change the pedal. they actually did it.
