Yes I had this happen to me.. just record it and take it to the dealership and they will replace your unit with a remanufactured one... comestically it might be damage as this is what Hennessy Lexus did to me. and iI had to file a complaint on them seeing that this unit looked like somebody stole it out of a car and they recovered it and stated it was in working conditon... but overall got it replaced and havent had any problems

 

My 2010 es350 sound systems switches on and off randomly, eject CDs randomly, and changes stations and modes all without input from me. I am not touching the steering wheel controls. Dealer cannot replicate problem in shop. Anyone else with this problem.

 

Same problem in my IS250 and they replaced it under warranty today at 45k no questions asked.

And i'm passed my warranty so...

 

Your player unit is dying, I haven't see any way that can "fix" this problem.

Either stop using CD or get the unit replaced....
