Default What size is this?

On the front lip GFX kit instructions, they describe the hole that needs to be drilled as follows:

0 3 pilot hole
0 12 regular hole.

The zero in front of the two numbers has an angled slash going through it. What does this mean?

What size are they?

Thanks guys

No drilling needed to install the front GFX lip.

Thanks Cali, but the instructions say to drill the thing.

I searched and found some people like to use tape.

Meh, not sure.

There are two tabs on the left and right that require you to drill into your front bumper. I just broke the tabs off and relied on the double stick tape and the mounting screws that attache the lip to the bumper in the wheel well.

Thanks guys, you were right no drilling necessary. Once the clips are in and the tape is stuck, its tighter than a snare drum.
