I would think that if you have the rear GFX piece, that you can't use this piece?? Well you could, but it would be hidden by the GFX kit right?

I should have some better pictures later tonight - I admit those were not really well taken to show the actual installation. The diffuser should sit flat with the rear bumper and hug the inner diffuser piece where the screws are attached.

Anyone post a picture of the GFX rear diffuser from a ground view?
