This is all good info because I will be reaching the 60k mark. Wondering if I should do it myself.

NGKs are as good or better then OEM Densos. NGKs were not available until just this year. I'm sure if they were available before Toyota/Lexus would have been using both. NGKs have been used in many other Toyota/Lexus vehicles in the past. I personally have found that NGKs last longer then Denso.

All Toyota and Lexus vehicles come with Denso plugs from the factory...the engines are designed with these plugs in mind...to say a NGK plug is better is pure opinion, and I will stick with the opinion of the engineers

Sarcasm? What sarcasm? LOL

I did see your post and I'm actually gonna use it! I just wanted to make sure that I didn't have to remove anything extra, like the manifold. There was debate about this on your thread as well. Some say its necessary while others say it isn't.

Cheaper? How? The Denso plugs are @80 bucks from sewell with the discount code. The NGK I found from their official distributor was @150 bucks. I haven't tried autozone or anything yet but I doubt it would be cheaper.
