Default Foglights

Hey does anyone know where I can get foglights as I am looking for either a yellow or white and just a bulb because i am not trying to void warrenty with HID's for now.

hids for your fogs will not void warrenty, they plug into factory harness, if there were to be problems, unplug and plug in you stock bulbs.

exactly, just find something solid like the bumper to mount the ballast, thats it, and plug into oem harness.

i just put into luminics 9006 yellow fogs and they look tough.

As far as wattage goes I heard to stay away from 55 watts bulbs because they melt your housing?

just ordered my hid fogs for 40 bucks and got replacement bulbs for my low beams.

the HID kits from HIDXtra or xenon depot are safe... i've done a couple of them for couple different cars

But is it safe to put a bulb that draws 55w. Because I was talking to the parts department guy at the dealership and he said if I want to replace the foglights to stay with the same wattage or lower.

i have had 55w luminics in my fogs for 9 months or so. no problems

others have had nokya 70w just fine also.

i had that same problem on my last car..i got 55 watt 9006 yellow fog lights on my '07 250 and havent had any problems so far, but still makes me think sometimes.
