Default Steep driveway AFTERMATH (SAD)

Hey everyone, this is part 2 to "steep driveway, garage..." today my friend and I successfully got my car out of the garage. But not without hurting the car. We bought a 2x6 12ft from home depot and had them cut it in half, proceed to use it to give the car some extra clearance for the under body. This was by far the worst experience ever, not only did my under body scrape, my lip, and tailpipe did...Halfway onto the driveway we hear a snap, didn't really know what it was at that point. After getting the car out, we drove to the closest Lexus dealer and had them raise the car to check it out. Turns out the 2x6 cracked my left side skirt which will cost $353 to replace! I'm totally sad but don't think I will throw $353 just for the stock side skirt (The piece that was hanging actually flew off while driving on the freeway...) For everyone that might try to park on a steep driveway, my advice DON'T DO IT. My driveway & the 2x6 just killed my baby. Lesson learned. Enjoy the video, it may be very heart breaking to some of you

im sorry that this happened to your baby. that exhaust scraping was too unbearable. are you planning to have the ride height kept as is, meaning not even bother driving it up the driveway?

It's official, I'm never moving to SF. So sorry this happened to your baby. But +1 for '09+ Vertex now.

are the side skirt the same for 06 to 10?
if they are; I got two both left and right side with TP color.
if you like I can pass them to you for free and you just need to get it painted like your car color unless you like Vertex
