This isn't that dramatic but it turned out to be a bad idea after all. Since I am going to NY next week I had to garage my car because of street cleaning, my mom's driveway is pretty steep so I took the risk and successfully got into the garage after scraping my exhaust for a good 5 heartbreaking seconds (while dragging it)
Upon closing the garage door I stepped out to examine the exhaust and found a little bolt/screw lying in the driveway.....now I'm pretty paranoid and I'm pretty sure it might have came off from the exhaust? Learned my lesson, step driveways are a no no. I guess taking her out would be even worse....

 

Ouch ... But at least it was your exhaust scraping and not your front lip. Not much can go wrong on an exhaust except bending / scraping some metal.... Just check under the car and make sure the bolt wasnt from the exhaust. If it was im guessing all you would need is a new nut.

That's not from the exhaust. If you've taken your exhaust off before then you will know there is no such thing on the exhaust itself

it's all about angles...tough luck tho, had this issue a my old place. i kno yur pain...

 

im on stock height and my front lip scrapes while going inside my driveway so i know how you feel lol

 

Oh **** that is one hell of a incline. I wouldn't even try to make it.

 

Too steep to do it, watch out your front lip when you pull it out once you are back.

 

I angled and got up the driveway fine without scraping...the rear started scraping and dragging when the body was halfway through the garage frame

 

Get some 2X4s for the trip out?

 

Uh oh the stock exhaust only has 2 nuts =)

 

Damn that sucks. You shoulda revered in at an angle.
