I'm using Volk LE37T (2004 MKIV supra fitment) from my JZA80 on my 08' Is350. The wheel specs are 18 X 8.5 +40 and 18 x 9.5 + 40. I'm using Sumitumo HTR Z III 235/275 staggered on them. The wheels fit perfectly and don't rub and the fenders or quarter panels didn't need to be bastardized. Combined with the stock sport suspension, the vehicle handles like it should and is compliant to blend in well with the daily driving w/kids in the back seats to 140+mph runs on HPDE weekends.

The wheels have a wider contact patch and track width than the OEM 18" wheel setup. The wheels are further outwards than the OEM but not heffa-lush or VIP. However, they won't damage your fenders and quarters from the improper offsets not to mention the scrub radius being on target will allow the front end to feel tight and have improved directional stability. I think you did a good job with the 40 offsets and will be happy.

Get spacers, and you will need longer studs if this hasn't been mentioned yet..I'm running 18's tsw's as my winter wheels with lower offset then that and I need spacers and studs to be "flush" but still a very clean look

IF you go for +20 offset, you have to extremely lower your car (2 inches or more). Otherwise the wheels will stick out a bit which can look mexi flush. Also, prepare to modify your bumper tab in the front and roll/shave your rear wheel wells.

+40 will look and drive nice, with just small amount of drop (1-1.5 inches).

It depends on how you want your car to look and drive.

This thread is old.
OP probably realized he bought ugly wheels and thus there are no pics.
Move along, nothing to see here.
