Haha that's how i found out too and to have all that installed will cost around 1k.

i think its stealthmirror.com and they dont have a Lexus specific model from what i saw.

looks like you buy the v1 kit that you install on your bumpers and wire it up to the mirror they sell. mirrors alone are like $500, not including the other stuff like sensors and wiring harnesses etc.

i was hoping it was more along the lines of take your mirror apart and add an bracket for mounting and install new mirror glass, which would be BADASS! but oh well.

 

great find! but also its says on their website that you can quote em for a custom mirror and see what they say.

 

If you really want this mod, the guy who did it in his IS-F (pictured above) is selling his whole car.

 

Sorry to be off topic but they are creating a piece of software that you load on your iphone/android/smart phone that will talk to your v1. gives it additional functionality similar to gps and trapster. It's in beta now.

 

If you want to use aftermarket, look into Cheetah products (they have great solutions for all radar / laser )

And about signalactive, yeah right now it's only CA but they said they will open it up to other locations (NJ being one of them since there's high interest here).
