Woowee your gonna have to roll your fenders which will pull the out a little to give you better clearance.

Varrstoen ES332 19x9.5 +

i wonder how much camber ill need.....
Griiix I ran a 9.5+16 off set up front. Lets say if your willing to cut the linear, roll, pull the fenders and relocate your bumper tabs it will work.

so i've been looking at some varrstoen es1.1.2 and the specs are 19x9.5 +22 and 19x11 +25 and by reading the last couple of pages, im assuming ill need the following tabs relocated, fender roll and slight pull all around?? not sure of more camber adjustment for the rear. tires would be 225 for the front and 245 for the rear.btw ride height now has no gap. Now this part might be a bit off topic but ill shoot anyways, this is my daily driver and actually might be getting a new job that requires me to drive about 60 miles a day. would you guys say this might be too aggressive? im not trying to change tires every 3 months. should i settle for a more conservative size?

Quote: Hi, i need some advice on a tire set up.

I'm going to be running 19x9 +24 and 19x10 +19 and i'm going to be dropped on bc coils 14/12k to no finger gap. I was originally planning on 215/35/19 and 235/35/19, but i found achilles and reviews on it was great but no 215 tire. So would 225/35/19 and 245/35/19 work with my setup? I actually dont want it to be thaat stretched anyways, so i guess this tire setup is better imo, but would it rub or any fender tacoing? I'm going to have my fenders rolled flat and relocate the front bumper tabs. Thanks in advance guys. Really appreciate it.

thanks, im gunna roll it flat and relocate the tabs. it should work without rubbing or to a minimum if i drop to no gap right?

if anyone else can chime in, that'll be greatly appreciated.

What is the absolute widest tire width you can run front and rear, with the widest wheel and highest offset has any one run? Right now I'm running a 18x8.5+50 255/40 up front. I think I maxed out, anyone successfully run wider?

yes, use the 225/35 and 245/35 setup.

after you roll the front fenders and relocate the tabs you'll be fine up front. however in the rear, you will need more than just a roll. you need to, not relocate, but shave away some of the rear fender tab because that'll be in the way too. you'll also have to pull the rears slightly if you want to go no finger gap and not be chewing up your tires. if you don't want to pull, add camber. I'd much certainly want to pull my fenders instead of adding camber.

Quote: the former have been dealt with in so many previous threads, i'm not going to repeat what's already been posted. you'll just have to read previous posts.

the latter requires less work than the former, but i don't have enough experience with 20-inch wheels to give you tire recommendations.

no, especially since 1. you're tucking, and 2. you're on PS2's, which are known for heavier shoulder construction (read: reduced clearance).

I will be on 225/35 and 245/35 achilles atr sport. Will I still be able to tuck my tires with this set up if I have a pull in the rear or will I need a camber kit?

it has to be the right combination of wheel width and offset along with ride height. it's not impossible, but it would take a lot of work to figure the right wheel specs.

the widest i've seen on the forum is a 10" up front and a 11" in the rear, which required modified fenders and stretched tires.

the widest tires i've seen ran are 245/35-19 + 275/30-19.

you don't need a camber kit unless you run something much wider and/or with lower offset. don't drink the "i need more camber" kool-aid.

if you drive that much for a daily commute, save yourself the trouble and stick w/ OEM wheels/tires. it will not only cost less but also be less stressful.

Thanks for the advice but I definitely want to get some aftermarket wheels. In time I probably will buy a daily driver. I know I will be going through tires faster then normal but with the wheel specs I gave above I really rather not add any more camber then it already has. I'm willing to do my fender mods but I have a feeling that 11" +25 is gonna be a headache. Unfortunately there's no easier specs in 19s. Can u guys chime in those who have ran a spec like that?

you won't have to add more camber (don't drink the "you need more camber" kool-aid just yet); going low enough will add enough camber to the wheels/tires. however, combine that with the amount of tire stretching needed, and the awkward angle of the wheels and sidewalls will cause heavy premature wear on the tires. simply, given your proposed specs, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

my advice is, stay away from wide wheels w/ aggressive offsets until you:

1. shorten your daily commute
2. have a reliable daily vehicle so you don't have to put the wear and tear on your 2is w/ those wheels/tires
3. make so much money that you don't care about your tire wear.

well i guess ill go rapid fire here.... next option i got on these wheels is to jump up to 20". specs would be 20x9+15 (to clear calipers he says) and 20x10+15. I would like to run 225 and 255. The width seem alright but these offsets are killing me. What do you guys think?

I just test fit the wheels today and looks like they are definitely not a 10.5 and more like an 11 as the rims are sticking out almost an inch further than my finder, which is already slightly pulled. If the fender gets pulled anymore it will start getting wavy. Looks like my fender can clear the tires but not the wheel itself.

Is there a Miro Wheels thread? (could NOT find one while searching on my iPhone) Just ordered some for my 2IS and anxious to see how they will fit. I'm on H&R Sport Springs 1.4F&1.2R and ordered the Miro 398 in an 18x9.5+20. My rear fenders have been rolled and i plan to get my fronts rolled. How crazy of camber will I need to do?
