Default Bent my WHEEEL again....

I just got my bent wheel fixed 3 weeks ago from hitting a pot hole in LA. Last night I was driving back home from school and BOOM I hit another pot hole. I check when I get home and of course its bent again.

I want to know for those of you running 19-20 inch rims and driving the streets of Los Angeles , what is the best way to avoid this? I drove slow and cautiously but seems like these pot holes are un-avoidable......If I get FATTER tires maybe it will help but I am lowered so I will rub if I get bigger tires......I am so annoyed of this! I guess it comes with the territory of having low pro tires and horrible streets.

Here is the picture of my new FRESHLY BENT RIM

That sucks dude. LA has horrible streets. I take Hollywood Blvd. to work everyday and you would think since it's Hollywood Blvd. the street would be good but no. Good luck with the rim.

You bent the same rim twice? If so, I dont think I'd bother getting it repaired again...

ouch! haven't bent a rim since I lived in Boston....sucks though, it's why I never bought expensive rims when I lived in Boston..... and part of why I still am apprehensive about dropping big coin on rims.

if its the same rim, i think it might be best to just get a new rim. LA roads do suck for the most part, and it doesnt help with the odd rain period we've been receiving lately. hope it all works out for you man!

Ouch! I used to live in LA and the streets there are no better than SF. I usually drive really slow on roads I know that have plenty of potholes. It's also annoying to keep dodging them.

You would think a Work wheel is more stronger than that.
