Wiper blades (merged threads)

I'm still on my original OEM's after two years and they are holding up perfect. The key is to wipe them off once a week to keep dirt, rocks, twigs, leaves, etc from getting stuck between the blade and glass. This is what starts deformation, then cracking, then streaking. Also good to slowly lay the wipers back on the glass after propping them up, being sure the leading edge isn't bent too much one way or the other. A perpendicular resting point is ideal. (Yes, I am ****.)

i buy them whenever i need to order other stuff such as filters or brake pads. since they are so cheap, i stock up a couple pairs and just change them out when they get crappy.

Windshield Wipers
If you clean your windshield wipers with isopropyl alcohol. It will keep the blades from streaking. After they dry apply a small amount of silicone. And you won’t have to replace your blades.
My RX is over 3 years old. And I have only replaced the rear one when I tore it during a wash.

just buy new rubber inserts... $4 and $7, i think the passenger side is cheaper because it is a common size(used on the camry, ES350, and numerous other toyotas) and the drivers is $7 because its an odd size.
