Default Power Window Problem

So I just finished hooking up the XM tuner last night and had to unplug the car battery to do so. So after plugging it back in, I go around and "fix" all of the power windows. They all fix as they should except when I get to the passenger window, the window will not roll down at all and the green light is still blinking on the window switch. The driver and both back windows worked, but the passenger will not. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to roll the window down from the driver switches? If so that won't work. You have to set the window from that switch. Roll it down about 2inches and then roll it back up while holding it for about 2secs then its set.
