Default TPMS Error

I just installed my second set of wheels/and tires with a second set of TPMS sensors off another IS350. I haven't had the sensors programmed to match my car, but there's no error light - does this mean that everything's good? How do I check to see if my TPMS is working?

Thanks

Try driving it for about 10 miles or more. You will see the light on.

Nope the wheels with my other TPMS sensors are in another city. I'll try driving a bit to see if the light comes on. Thanks for your guys' help!
