Salt on car cant get it off help

Default Salt on car cant get it off help

ok ive had three touchless washes oonce hand wash at the dealer and still there is salt on the car cant seem to get it of any suggestions i hate having salt on my car.

haha sounds like youre a little too **** about the paint on your car. hand wash it yourself, get your hands dirty. it wont hurt you, i promise. get a good wash mit and some maguires car wash.

You can never be too **** about your car paint. Your car can have the top JDM parts that are desired by many, but it's not going to look good on a dirty, swirl/scratched up car.

Hand wash your car, ensuring that when washing it your soap is foamy to allow a lot of lubrication so you do not get scratch marks. If that doesn't get it off (I'm not familiar with salt... I live in the south), clay bar your car, once again ensuring good lubricant whenever claying. Then, make sure you put on a good sealant/wax on your car to protect your car from the elements.

This probably would get more answers in the detailing section of this forum or a detail oriented forum

make sure after you wash you whip it down dry

hot water melts salt.

hot water + vinegar. sounds weird, but try it.

what are you doing still up llama? hahahah. the salt has been leaving white specks on my car but they seem to come off easily. are you sure it is salt? maybe you should give it a lick and check for sure. : P don't rub it too hard and once you get it off, don't rub it with that same area of the towel that you just removed the grit with. attention to detail=perfection. : D

just hand wash it... dry it off, throw a wax coat on top... your done!
