Im having my grille painted next week and my emblems and i just realized if i took off my rear emblems now while its raining, will water go thru the holes and get in the trunk or do the holes not go in that far?

Thanks.

true, or just wait untill the day before paint and then the car will sit in the garage for the time being.

I have my emblems debadged, and the holes are pretty small. Unless you are up close, like 1-2 feet from the trunk, you cant see it ...

I'm sure on a light colored car it'll be twice as noticeable

yea it is a bit more noticable on white. but i mean you really don't see it unless of course your looking for it. i still think it looks better w/ the holes instead of the emblems haha. i'd say if you where 5 feet away and where looking hard you'd see it.

also photographs don't pick up the holes well
