Any additional help on '06 models here? I have an 89904-50642 smart card (supposedly replaced 89904-50641) but have not been able to program successfully. It beeps during the techstream setup when I put it next to the ignition button but isn't recognized in the passenger seat and so the registration fails. I have read that others with an '06 have gotten the smart key card working so trying to solve this.

Default Solved '06 credit card fob

Solved, had to go through three different batteries before it recognized the card key... can confirm that 89904-50642 works for '06 is350, just make sure you have good batteries on hand.

Used the battery that came with the card first, then tried a battery from Amazon, then tried a battery I picked up at Lexus. The battery I picked up at Lexus did the trick, they said it's a common issue.
