im not sure if the 06 350 came with halogen, but i believe since 07 and up 350's came with HIDS...but you can check your car when you turn on the enigine and if you have AFS then you have HID's...
lol i figured that his car was 06 because he didnt have a shark fin and I also figured that since his low beams are completely gone, that he cannot look at the color of the light output...maybe I misunderstood! lol the owner took the HID kit out and didnt put the stock halogen bulbs back in??

HIDs aren't standard on any year IS350.
They are optional on every year IS350.
If you have AFS you have HIDs, and it's a lot easier way to tell then by trying to judge the light color.
And upon further review, the previous owner took the HID kit out of it
im assuming the hid kit he took out will included the ballast not just the bulb it self...wow...he has to disassemble the head light unit to do that..i've replace both of my ballast...due to had water in the headlight housing unit...i guess you have to buy the ballast and the bulb + labor...
