Default Engine Noise

Hello all,

I have an 06 IS350 w/about 57k miles.
Never had any problems before but, had a flat last week and now when I gun it, i'm getting like a whining engine noise.
When I just drive normally and accelerate gradually, its not as prominent but, its still there.

What could this be? Just want to get an idea before I have to take it to the dealership.

Its out of warranty so I want to have an idea what it could be before I take it to Tri-County Lexus in NJ. Thanks, Z

No they don't. They have an accessory drive belt just like every other engine on the road in car. They don't have a timing belt.

If you had a flat and now you have a whining noise from the engine, how do you know they are related?
