Never thought it would happen...
Driving back to USC from home, had a minor accident. I was stopped behind a car that died in the far right lane, and then I saw it was clear in the left lane so I tried changing lanes over. I go for it and then feel a bump. I'm not sure what happened but realized I hit a car, so I pull over. I hit a Toyota Rav4, not sure if they were in the lane I was changing into or if they were changing lanes at the same time I was. 
Parents were understanding and were glad I was okay. Very minor though, but still painful to look at. Filed the insurance claim and going to see the adjuster on Monday. Only damage to my car.
The damage to the other party's car was very minimal and was just scratches on the passenger side door.
