Default Need AWD 2IS for Invidia mid-pipe project...

Hello CL Members,

I believe I have Invidia convinced to build a mid-pipe application for the AWD 2IS. Invidia needs to see an actual AWD application to get this going. Anyone interested to be a potential test fit for the Invidia Mid-pipes, please PM or IM me asap. Thanks guys!!!

Has Invidia made their midpipe suitable for the AWD version of the IS250 yet?

I know this is an old thread but I don't know where a better place to put this question would be. I really want the Invidia Q300 cat back exhaust but I have an AWD is250. I looked under my car and I can't see a reason why the invidia mid pipe wouldn't fit. Any one have information about why it doesn't fit?

I was told by forum member Joe Z that the AWD mid pipes dont fit because of the extra trans mount and front drive shaft that get's in the way as compared to the RWD.

Same reason why rwd suspension don't fit cause there different front ends. Your better off just having a muffler shop make one. They probly realize it a small market for the awd even if they sell 10 it not a profit.

Unless there 200+ signing up its not a huge market. Everytime this comes up there maybe 10-15 who want it. Again business stand point it's not there. Just like the performance aspect of the IS isn't there for aftermarket performance.

I wonder if any place is making awd midpipe, living in OH I need an awd for my daily driver. Hopefully I can find a midpipe that's suitable for awd!
