Roof spoiler goes on the rear window. The middle doesn't stick too well, so you really have to add extra mounting tape and press down. Blow dryer and fishing line should eliminate your troubles taking off the spoiler, and goo gone should get rid of the rest of the residue.

Use search, there are many threads on roof spoiler installs.

I mount it, i mount it on the rear window, but than i use the line on the window to mount it on, so there is a slight gap, im wondering if most people have it that way???

I have the ebay roof spoiler. ~150 painted/shipped. Fits perfectly, no gaps. I installed it so its just at the roof line. There is a non-visible gap

Aligned it with the rear window so that there still a place where the water can flow out.

When I was testing fitting the one I had, I just aligned it to the lines of the rear window. Lucky for me, the fitment for the one I had was right on.

I also attached it by using 3M double sided tape that was industrial strength (red back & holds up to 5lbs). I just taped the top and sides and not the bottom portion of the roof spoiler.

Just spend some time aligning it and it should come out fine. Good luck.

if you have time later, can you take a picture from a slight distance as well. I would like to see how it looks with more of the car in the picture. Thanks. I have the same Matador Red as well. I get so many compliments on the color..

Suggestion on lining up roof spoiler - "test" place it on glass where it should be mounted and tape small paint trays upsidedown under it and small cardboard tabs on the sides so when you peel the tape backing to install it, all you need to do it drop it in place and it lines up perfectly.

Worked like a charm for me....
