I currently have a seibon CF lip. NOT installed yet. i just got it on friday. It doesnt bolt right up or fit perfectly due to very minor changes in the bumpers on the 09's, particularly in the fog light area. Ill post pics and conclude with my install when completed.

The only things that are not interchangeable are the front lip kits from 06-08 to the 09's. The front bumpers on the 09's are totally different in shape and angle.

Even though the rear bumpers are a lil bit different on the 09's, the 06-08 rear lips still fits, as the basic shape didn't change much. Side skirts are the same, didn't change in the 09's.

Yea it's way off. I test fitted a 08 GFX lip on my 09 IS350 a long time ago and it appears our 09's curves in more where the foglights are. The lip doesn't go with the curvature at all as it's a lot more straight.

iirc, ltunedparts.com aka carson toyota is the stateside retailer for jun-tw/chejan parts.

most of jun-tw's parts are made for the is250, since the is350 is not available in taiwan through lexus dealerships.

It seems that the fog light area is smaller on the 09's. I'm thinking about trimming the lip, the area that enters the fog light area. Im pointing it out in picture number 2. This would allow the lip to fit flush on both sides.

This next two pictures show the differences in the middle of the bumper. the cf lip will be one inch short on each side. the 09's have a slightly wider front air dam.

No. the lip wont install the whole way. If i cut the the area that im pointing at in picture number 2, i may fit. However it will be short in the middle... pics below:

The red wire below is a point of reference. Shows it will be short in the middle.

the center air dam section of the lip is too narrow. cutting the sides of the center air dam section will make it even MORE narrow.

fyi, front lip kits for 06-08 2is's will NOT fit 2009+ 2is's.

a search would've confirmed that for you.
