I only wave if I know the person. Otherwise, I think they will either A) make me feel stupid by not waving back or B) think I am hitting on them. haha so not much waving from me =)

I hardly see modded IS except IS-SV near my work. Mostly stock with women drivers.

I only wave if it's a person < 50 years of age, because then I know there's a decent chance he/she is on club lexus.

I see some modded ISx50's around the valley, but it's well under 5%.
btw - I stopped by Exact MS today and talked tires on my snow/rain car (Jeep) with them.
