The meter that indicate speed on my 2009 IS350 has a problem.because when I start my car ,sometime that little pices of stick thing is stay right on the zero mark and sometime it is stay above the zero mark..is it normal? the only mod on my car is just the HID fog...does it affect the meter? pls help!!
