Can you call them while on vacation? Waiting a week is not going to sound good if your case goes to trail.

i hit a curb but on a different way.. anyways id did te same to my front wheel but not as bad so i could drive home, they had to replace the lower and upper control arms, then everything was good.
I know exactly how you feel, but just take your time make sure they do it right and once you get your car youll forget it even happened.

I'll try to call them once I can. No police report was taken so there isn't an exact time.

Thanks I feel much better now, but just worry about my car. Don't know what other hidden problems there are.

I'm sorry man, I would call lexus right away to let them know of the problem, and follow up on it once you get back. The faster you complain, the more likely chance they will honor a free repair.

Sorry to hear about your accident. Glad to hear you yourself didn't suffer any injuries. Hope everything works out for you.

I agree with others, don't wait to contact Lexus corporate offices, you should get it done ASAP.

Good luck.

Dude--try and get your insurance co to bird dog them. That's what your premiums are for. You weren't hurt, and your damage should be covered. If that was the worst day in my life, I'd definitely take it.

Go on your vaca, and use it to clear your head.

that is scary! loss of control is no good.

I remember a few weeks back that one member thought it was useless and wasn't going to have the work done. I hope this helps relay the message that Lexus wouldn't have a recall if they thought there was a major issue with the steering.

I talked to the service manager about your issues before I did my recalls. He said to contact the dealership in which the parts were installed and not the corporation. However, he said it's hard to prove that it was the direct cause.
