Honeslty if you want sporty go with the 350 if you want the most comfortable luxury cruiser type car for you and friends go LS. I really like the LS they look awesome with just a slight drop and some nice rims. I own 2 IS's one of which is turbo so i'm kinna tired of the IS lol the LS is a little out of my price range now but at some point i'll get one.

The 04-06 LS430 looks pretty good versus the 01-03 LS430. Less bulky than the LS460 though I guess the LS460 is more updated in looks.

Yeah the IS and LS are different kinds of cars. I would be tempted to go with the LS for a big luxury baller car with less emphasis on sports but if you want more sports luxury with the newest design, then of course look at the IS.

get a UL LS430 and call it a day, is350 and all newer lexus feel cheap compared to the LS. the quality isn't there. All the newer is-gs-ls rattle, more or less ...more wind noise than a ls430. LS is slow yea, looks dated yes, but the isolation you get in a LS , the luxury seats , comfort in the LS..you just dont get anywhere else.

I have an ISF and some days i think i should get a LS430 UL instead whenever i see that on the road.+ i might get a LS430, just to cruise around in it.

BUT if you want a faster car IS350 is the way to go.

+1...the newer generation of lexus just doesnt feel as "solid" as the previous gen did. but again, if you want speed, get the IS350...

I think that year LS looks dated. But like everyone else has said it all depends on what you really want. Sporty=IS Comfy=LS

Telling someone to get a brand new camry over an 04LS or over any older LS is just completely wrong....They are not even comparable FWD vs RWD. Even a 10 yr old LS Feels more solid and better quality car than a brand new camry.

I had both...As much as i like driving IS350 for the fun factor...I love driving the LS430 for its plush interior & smooth ride and once modded (just wheels, drop) LS430 can turn heads more than 350

LS if you can afford it! At first I almost got a new LS but I wanna a sporty car and have lots of mods on it. lolz But seriously you cant go wrong with a 430, and plus you can pack in atleast 5 girls in the back and two girls in the front with one on your lap!! thats how roomy it can get

I agree, and the new/current gen LS looks much sleeker.
