It's pretty straight forward. Remove the airbag (there are two screws underneath cover panels on the steering wheel's lower side), disconnect the spiral cable, remove the nut holding the wheel on (after marking the position so you can put it back on correctly), then use a steering wheel puller to remove the wheel (unless you want to just gorilla it off.)

Do you really need a puller? Does it mean I have to take it to a stealership?

You can borrow a puller from any Auto Zone for a $20 refundable deposit.

You forgot one VERY important part of the process. Disconnect the negative terminal on your battery and wait about two minutes. Especially when disconnecting or reconnecting airbags.

Any tips on how to line up the new wheel? I am replacing my stock with IS-F wheel.

Not really, he's not reusing the old wheel, he's replacing it with a new wheel.

He can mark the new wheel in the sameplace. The steering wheel has grooves like a gear, so it's not hard to line it up properly.
