I was just messing around and did some quick "copy and paste" from TireRack(since they don't have a big picture of the IS and the color is a bit a off). This is just some plans for the future, I don't know if I really want to spend around 2k on wheels+tires+TPMS though for a leased car. But it would be nice.
Wheels:
Stock 17"
WedsSport SA-70 17" Bronze
OZ Alleggerita HLT 18" Black
OZ Ultraleggera 18" Black/Gold
p.s: I don't know how big 18's are so I just had to guess. I think these look more like 19's.

My original choice is the Ultraleggera's in black, but the gold ones look good too, maybe a bit too flamboyant though. I chose the Weds Sport SA-70 in 17 since I could keep the original tires and TPMS, so it would be a cheap swap.

There are alot nicer wheels that are not chrome. Try looking into Volks or works and if you dont wanna spend that much try out jlines or different wedsports.Originally Posted by MrBooby
different tastes I guess. I looked at Vossen...not my type, too much chrome.

I don't want to spend a lot, so no Volks or BBS. And yes I did look at WedsSports. What's wrong with OZ? They're light weight and have good designs(at least I like em). I'll buy whatever makes me happy but it will probably never happen since it's kind of impractical if I think about. Over 2k just for wheels and then there is the lowering springs and in the end I'll be left with IS250-sized wheels and used springs(which I won't be able to sell).

agreed.... do it once.. do it right... rather than learning the hard way like me... changed from springs to coils... changed from cheap wheels to an okay one...Originally Posted by rule1223
