Default Radiator Leaking

I've taken my IS350 to Lexus a few times to show them that my radiator cap often overflows, leaving pink crust around the edges. Every time, the dealer has said this is normal/no biggie.

I just looked, and there is a TON. How normal is this, and does this mean I should be adding fluid, or is there enough in reserve? My 2006 only has 23,000 miles, so it's not due for a radiator flush for quite some time.

It is normal for the IS, i believe it was a design flaw. Someone explained it a long time ago.

I used to get pink crust on my 03 matrix so I think it may be normal.

Doesn't the cap have a coolant overflow area? So that would be normal.
