Yes, it's BWB. I don't think that's a JDM IS though - no side marker on the fender.

I just realized there are more photos than the one that's visible to me behind my work's firewall. After seeing the others, I can see that these photos are tremendously oversaturated, and that's why the color is off. It is breakwater blue, somebody just went a little overboard with the photoshop editing.

Yeah its BWB, and its most likely in Japan, if not then Korea. Judging by the environment and housing type, there is no other countries in Asia that looks like that, or drives on that side of the road as well excluding Australia and possibly Singapore (?). Definitely not HK though, HK don't look like that.

Weird how it doesnt have JDM side markers and has USDM fogs.

EDIT

Actually it is in Japan, look at the 2nd to last pic and the sign posts, its in Japanese, specially the first character (top first one)

US domestic market fog lights are what you see in that picture, a standard halogen projector with chrome surrounds.

JDM fogs are a projector styled lense in the center, and the chrome triangle bit near the top of the fog are dotted with LED.

Not all Japan ISX50 have JDM fogs, I think it's optional. And most of them doesn't have it, from what I've seen.
