My inspiration - GS Passionate Black

After a few days with my new toy I got annoyed of the white stitching and I came up with an idea. It took me about 5 hours so far and I probably have about 1 or 2 left. Ill update the thread with new pictures when I complete this project.

(not leaving any white stitching, I took these pictures to compare the stitching)

All done with a sharpie, I was thinking about black but red looked amazing. If you guys plan on doing this make sure you have some shade, steady hands, and plenty of time. I'm pretty sure this will eventually fade and I'll have to redo it.

I posted this to give you guys ideas, if you somehow mess up and write all over your leather don't come to me complaining.

wow... you used sharpie? bad idea... go get some fabric pens, those wont wash out or stain the leather or fade.... i think you can get them for like .20 cents at a craft store

but.... that looks really good.. i wish i had white stitching so i can do blue like the f's

I thought it would only take a hour, two at the most. Once I found out how long it took it was too late and I had to keep going lol. When I did mess up (not often) i just took a paper towel with a little bit of alcohol and wiped it off.

It looks nice...but you realize that you just colored your interior with a sharpie!! I dunno, maybe it's just me, but it seems like there could have been a better method than using a sharpie? Anyway its your car so good job, that is just crazy!

I think it looks really good, but what a time consuming project that will be.

I actually work for TMS.....I work in Jacksonville, FL and have seen one of these "Passionate" GS's........the red is much brighter than appears in the photo. I actually wish it was as dark as it shows in the pict, I think it would be better. But the black/red seats are awesome, and the red around the middle console between the 2 front seats, and then the red on the doors is really nice looking!
